From simplifying processes to exploring new technologies, this committee will help shape how we work smarter and better serve our students and community. The committee’s goals include: Encouraging innovative thinking across all departments. Reviewing and improving existing workflows and procedures. Recommending cost-saving or service-enhancing solutions. Sharing successful strategies across campus. There will be two representatives elected from amongst Professional Support staff. Subcommittees will also be periodically formed, which will have the potential to include other employees as well. All Professional Support employees may vote in this election. He’s been an SRC employee for four years, and currently serves as Professional Development Chair, as well as serving on the Wellness Committee, the Diversity Committee, and Chair of the Digital Accessibility Committee. Lydia Perilles …is a Student Success Coach on the Macomb Campus. She’s been an SRC employee for almost two years. Cassidy Miller …is Coordinator of Nursing Assistant/RN/Nursing Student Loans on the Macomb Campus. She’s been an SRC employee for two years. She can bring a healthcare perspective to the committee. Conner Hughes …is Advisor of Recruitment Communications on the Macomb Campus. He’s been an SRC employee since August of this year.
