Registration for fall classes is going on now at all locations of Spoon River College. All 16-week classes and the first session of 8-week classes begin Monday, August 23, and a session of 12-week classes begins September 20.
Current students may register online or with an advisor, while new students are encouraged to meet with an advisor. New students must also complete an application and take the Accuplacer test, done on a walk-in basis in the Student Services Department at the Canton and Macomb campuses from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Appointments for testing at the Havana and Rushville centers should be scheduled. Photo IDs are required, and there is no fee for the application or the test. Spoon River College also accepts ACT, SAT, and previous college credit to determine placement.
Financial aid options are available, and filling out the FAFSA (Free Application for Student Aid) is an important first step that should be completed as early as possible.
