About Me:
I grew up in Hamilton, IL, but have been in Macomb for the past 20+ years. I enjoy the outdoors, reading, cooking, my two dogs, and spending time with family and friends.
Awards:
H. Truman Standard Award
Why Spoon River College?
I started in January 2024. I am fortunate to teach at my alma mater and encourage students to reach their potential.
My Educational Philosophy:
The time you put into education is what you will get out of it. Learn to fail and embrace your failures. When you fail, you can overcome it by learning to conquer it and make it a success.
Advice for Students:
Have a plan for the goals you want to accomplish in life.
