Sale Information and Instructions

  • All items are SOLD AS IS!
  • Spoon River College may reserve the right to refuse any or all bids.
  • The items may be seen in person by contacting Michele Johnson (309) 649-2794 and scheduling a time to view.
  • Bids will be opened in the Spoon River College Maintenance Building on the Canton Campus Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 12:00PM. The public is welcome to attend.
  • In the event of a tie between bidders SRC will contact the tied bidders to submit a follow-up bid. Tied bidders will have until the end of the bid opening day (3:30pm) to submit a follow-up bid. Bidders who do not submit a follow-up bid before the deadline will be disqualified.
  • The winning bidder will be contacted by phone to arrange payment within (3) business days. Cash, certified check, or money order payments will be accepted. The buyer must remove all equipment within (5) business days after payment has been received (unless other arrangements or extensions have been made).
