POLICY: Spoon River College allows eligible employees to voluntarily defer compensation into an approved Tax Sheltered Annuity.
SCOPE:
This policy applies to all Spoon River College employees.
DETAILS:
The Spoon River College voluntary deferred compensation benefit plan meets all of the legal requirements of the IRS.
The College has elected to utilize a third party administrator (TPA) to administer this benefit program. All questions related to this benefit program should be directed to the TPA.
