THE MANAGERS & SUPERVISORS CONFERENCE “HOW TO BECOME A BETTER COMMUNICATOR”
This is not just for managers and supervisors… This conference will benefit managers, supervisors, technicians, salespeople, accountants, executives, attorneys, support staff, and other people who want to ensure that their communication skills are a positive reflection of their talents and abilities. Topics to be covered include: How to create rapport, build trust and establish your credibility; Making an impact-how to have power and influence with people; Clear and assertive communication skills; Communicating with difficult people and in touchy situations; How to make an unforgettable, positive first impression; Business etiquette—professional polish that shows. Fees are $120 per person, $99 per person (3 or more registering from the same company, at the same time), or $60 per person (half day option).
