This three day workshop is for those who have recently opened a new business or are considering a new business venture.
This program will help you understand the key issues to be addressed when considering opening your own business and the key skill sets required for small business ownership. The program will outline important aspects of the Business plan, key aspects of securing financing and the importance of cash and cash flow to a young business.
Attend all three evenings to explore a variety of helpful topics for current and future entrepreneurs. This program is provided in partnership by the Illinois Small Business
