Internal Monitoring Team
The Internal Monitoring Team will meet quarterly to:

• Review grant reports including monthly reports, fiscal reports, and the yearly Performance Report;
• Hear activity progress from key personnel
• Attendance at External Evaluator exit review
• Completion of two reports yearly based upon the above questions regarding the status of the project.

Activity Task Force Teams
The Activity Task Force Teams are made up of administrators as well as college faculty, staff, and students. These persons are appointed based on their interest and expertise in the area of the activity related to the grant. The responsibilities of these task force teams are to be available to assist and advise the Title III Coordinator and Activity Director/Transition Specialist in all aspects of grant operation as it pertains to a particular grant activity. The Activity Task Force Teams serve as a "think tank" for activities related to the grant.
