Borrow a Book
If you are a student of Spoon River College and have an SRC Library card this form is used to borrow a book, DVD, or VHS from the Canton campus library.
- Havana or Rushville you may pick up your Library item(s) at the main desk.
- Macomb you may pick up your Library item(s) in the Academic Success Center.
- Return the item(s) when you are finished to your pick up point.
